Bill 156

Anime/Manga lovers I feel your pain. If you have not heard yet, the Governor Shintarō Ishihara of Tokyo, has proposed a bill called Bill 156 that will ban and filter any Anime/Manga that shows allows any fictional characters that seems to be underage of 18 to be in any situation that would sexually provoke minors. Meaning, a swim suit on a 13 year old girl will result the Anime/Manga to be banned. For more info click here.
